I’m Back!!!!

Hey everyone! It’s been a while since my last post! Basically to make a long story short, a lot has happened!!! It all started back with the Reebok CrossFit Games Open. I made top 60 at 55th place and earned my spot at Regionals. Regionals were a whole other ball game. Out of the 60 female athletes nearly half  went team instead of individual! Regionals was tough but a good experience! I made it out alive at 24th place, with knowledge to make me better for next year, and believe me, I’m pumped! With the CrossFit Regionals done I had two and a half weeks to get ready for the Midtown classic, an Olympic weightlifting meet in Sacremento. I not only had to clean up my form as much as possible (it’s still a wreak), I had to cut my weight from 134 to 127 which is easier said then done when you’re at 10 percent body fat. Keeping water off was a huge task for me. I’ve never been so thirsty in my life! I’m a puss!!! Anyways I came in Second in my weight class for totals ( amount of weight lifted between the snatch and the clean and jerk) and third overall with a medal.  Yay Me!!!

In other news I have also added Brazilian Jiu Jitsu to my plate. My hunny Bry says I’m a natural! I’ll take his word for it! Even more news, Knoxx Gear has taken me under their wing as a sponsored athlete! They sent me endless support for Regional’s and are in the works of producing a KnoxxFit clothing line for CrossFitters. I’m really stoked to see what they come out with! Check out Knoxx’s blog here to see what they are up to! Speaking of Knoxx I can not express my gratitude enough for all that they have done! Thanks guys!

In short I qualified for the American Open as well as Nationals and as of right now I am 10th in the Nation for my weight class! Not bad for only a couple weeks of training. I still have a long way to go but I cant help but be excited. None of this would have been possible without my teammates, my coach, or especially the love of my life Bryant Pangelinan. He has inspired, encouraged, and believed in me when no one else has. He has pushed me and supported me no matter what I’m doing. My accomplishments are so because of him! I love you baby, I hope you know how much!

Below is a video compilation of My CrossFit Games Open experience!!! I promise to become more epic in the near future!!!! Thanks for stopping by!!! XOXOXO
